51 Qualifying clubs

A club premises certificate granted under the Licensing Act 20031 must certify that the club is a qualifying club in relation to each of the qualifying club activities specified in the certificate. The Licensing Act 2003 provides a test to determine whether a club is a qualifying club in relation to a qualifying club activity2. The test distinguishes between a club that is a qualifying club in relation to the supply of alcohol to members and guests, and a club that is a qualifying club in relation to the provision of regulated entertainment3
