50 Club premises certificates

A club premises certificate is a certificate granted under Part 4 of the Licensing Act 20031 in respect of premises occupied by, and habitually used for the purposes of, a club; by the relevant licensing authority2; and certifying:

  1. 50.1

        that the premises may be used by the club for one or more qualifying club activities3 specified in the club premises certificate; and

  2. 50.2

        that the club is a ‘qualifying club’4 in relation to each of those activities5.
