46 Licensable activities that are qualifying club activities

Subject to certain exemptions1, the following ‘licensable activities2’ are also ‘qualifying club activities’ under the Licensing Act 20033:

  1. 46.1

        the supply of alcohol by or on behalf of a club to, or to the order of, a member of the club;

  2. 46.2

        the sale by retail of alcohol by or on behalf of a club to a guest of a member of the club for consumption on the premises where the sale takes place; and

  3. 46.3

        the provision of regulated entertainment where that provision is by or on behalf of a club
