43 The sale and supply of alcohol

The definition of licensable activities (which are not necessarily also ‘qualifying club activities’) in the Licensing Act 2003 are the sale by retail of alcohol1 and the supply of alcohol where the supply is by or on behalf of a club to, or to the order of, a member of the club2.
