33 Disclosure of trust—registration of title

Club property vested in trustees may be held on trust for sale. Alternatively, it may be vested in the trustees on trust to deal with it as the committee of the club directs. The trustees may remain entitled to pass a valid title in property vested in them, despite alterations in the name, affiliation and qualification for membership of the club1. A transfer of registered or unregistered land to an unincorporated club should be made to the trustees and the transfer should simply declare that the trustees hold the property as trustees
