42 Amendments to register

Entries in the register of aircraft mortgages kept by the Civil Aviation Authority (‘CAA’) will be amended on receipt of an application in the prescribed form by or on behalf of the mortgagee; the form must, however, be signed by or on behalf of the mortgagor and the mortgagee and be accompanied by the appropriate fee1. The CAA must also amend the register if ordered to do so by the High Court who may order such amendments to be made to the register as may appear to the court to be necessary or expedient
