29 Revocation, suspension and variation of route licences and air transport licences

Applications may be made to the Civil Aviation Authority (‘CAA’) for the revocation, suspension or variation of a route licence or an air transport licence by its holder or another interested party1. Where the applicant is not the holder of the licence, a copy of the application must be served on the holder within 24 hours of service on the CAA2 which must publish particulars of it3. The procedure is slightly different where the applicant is alleging that the holder of the licence
