23 Requirements for holders of operating licences

Once granted an operating licence, an operator is under an obligation to provide regularly to the Civil Aviation Authority (‘CAA’) financial information regarding its business; to notify changes to its operation and to give new financial information in relation to it; to file details of new air services to a world region not serviced, in advance of merger or acquisition and within 14 days of any change in the ownership of any single shareholder which represents 10% or more of the total shareholding of the Community air carrier, its parent or ultimate holding
