14 Air operator’s certificate

The operator1 on a commercial air transport flight of an aeroplane registered in the United Kingdom must not operate it otherwise than in accordance with the terms of an EU-OPS air operator certificate granted to the operator by the Civil Aviation Authority (‘CAA’).
