79 Discharge of the official custodian’s trusteeship

Where any property is vested in the official custodian for charities in trust for a charity, the Charity Commission or the court may make an order discharging him from the trusteeship as respects all or any of the property1. On such discharge, or on the termination of the trusts on which the property is held, such vesting orders may be made and directions given as seem necessary or expedient2. No person is liable for any loss occasioned by his acting in conformity with an order under these provisions3
