49 Appointment under statutory powersThe provisions of the Trustee Act 1925 relating to the appointment of new trustees1 and the vesting of trust property in them2, apply to charitable trusts in the same way as to any other trusts3 and there is no limit on the number of trustees of a charitable trust of land.
