2: REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSENT

192 Dispositions requiring an order of the court or Charity Commission

An order of the court or (more usually) the Charity Commission is required for a disposition of land held by or in trust for a charity1 only where the disposition is made:

  1. 192.1

        to a trustee or other connected person2, or a trustee for or nominee of a trustee or other connected person; or

  2. 192.2

        in circumstances where the prescribed statutory procedure3 is not complied with4.

Provision may be made by regulations for the Charity Commission to charge fees
