157 Pecuniary legacies

Since the amount of a pecuniary legacy is known, it should be possible to make more specific provision, but nevertheless the possibility of a fall in the value of money should be borne in mind. If appropriate, a more flexible alternative application may be provided in case the original intention cannot easily be carried out1.
