102 The registration condition

The registration condition requires charities within the definition of a charity in the Charities Act 2011 (established in England and Wales) to have complied with ‘any requirement’ to register with the Charity Commission, and for any other charity that satisfies the jurisdiction condition, to have satisfied ‘any requirement’ to be registered in a corresponding register under the law of its own territory outside England and Wales (for example, the register run by the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR))1.
