101 The jurisdiction condition

A charity must be subject either (as before) to the jurisdiction of the High Court (in England and Wales), the Court of Session (in Scotland) or the High Court in Northern Ireland, or be subject to the control of a court exercising a corresponding jurisdiction under the law of another EEA state1.
