9 Prohibition of certain business names

A person must not, without the Secretary of State’s approval, carry on business1 in the United Kingdom under a name that would be likely to give the impression that the business is connected with Her Majesty’s government or any local authority or any specified public authority2, or which includes any word or expression specified in regulations made under Part 41 of the Companies Act 20063.
