10 Disclosure requirements—individuals and partnerships

An individual or partnership subject to the disclosure requirements in the Companies Act 2006 Sections 1200 to 12061 must state in legible characters on all business letters, written orders for goods or services to be supplied to the business, invoices and receipts issued in the course of the business and written demands for payment of debts arising in the course of the business2:

  1. 10.1

        in the case of a partnership, the name of each partner3 (but see below);

  2. 10.2

        in the case of an individual, their name; and

  3. 10.3
