78 Conditions of contract/conditions of carriage

Even though the Montreal Convention of 1999 and every version of the Warsaw Convention is exclusive in relation to the rights and remedies it gives to claimants in relation to the international carriage1 it covers, and whilst those rights and remedies cannot be diminished by contract2, there are other legal rights and remedies between the parties which can be created and regulated by contract.
