75 Complaint procedure and penalties

A disabled person or person with reduced mobility who considers that Council Regulation (EC) 1107/2006 has been infringed may bring the matter to the attention of the airport managing body or the air carrier concerned1. Each member state is required to have laid down rules on penalties applicable to infringements of the Regulation and to take measures necessary to ensure that those rules are properly implemented2.
