74 Reimbursement for refusal of carriageWhere a disabled person or person with reduced mobility, and any person accompanying the disabled person or person with reduced mobility has been denied embarkation, the air carrier is required by Council Regulation (EC) 1107/2006 to make reasonable efforts to propose an acceptable alternative to the passenger and the passenger shall be offered the right to reimbursement or re-routing as provided for in article 8 of Council Regulation (EC) 261/20041, conditional upon all safety requirements being met.
