73 Refusal of carriage

Save as provided for in Council Regulation (EC) 1107/2006, the air carrier or tour operator cannot refuse, on the grounds of disability or of reduced mobility, to1:

  1. 73.1

        accept a reservation for a flight departing from or arriving at an airport to which the Regulation applies; or

  2. 73.2

        embark a disabled person or a person with reduced mobility at such an airport, provided that the person concerned has a valid ticket and reservation.
