66 Upgrading and downgradingIf a carrier places a passenger1 in a class lower than that for which his ticket was purchased, it is required to reimburse the passenger a percentage of the price of the ticket within seven days, depending on the distance of the flight, as follows2:66.1 30% for all flights of 1,500 kilometres or less;66.2 50% for all intra-Community flights of more than 1,500 kilometres (except flights between the European territory of the member states and the French overseas departments) and for all other flights between 1,500 and 3,500 kilometres; or66.3
