The Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Passengers and Luggage by Road (CVR) 1973 makes equivalent provision in this field to that made by the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road 1956 in relation to goods1. It does not apply in the United Kingdom, but may be relevant to international transactions more generally.
