91 Designated members

Under the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000, the role of designated members is mainly to perform the administrative and filing duties of the limited liability partnership (LLP). In addition some provisions of the companies and insolvency legislation impose other tasks such as the signing of the LLP’s accounts. Where no members are specifically designated members, all members of the LLP are deemed to be designated2.
