75.2 Provisions in the Partnership Act 1890

The Partnership Act 1890 does not include any restatement of the duty of good faith as such, but several of the default code provisions are heavily influenced by the duty. For example, the code provides that every partner is bound to render true accounts and full information of all things affecting the partnership to any other partner or his legal representatives1.

In addition, the duties to act bona fide for the benefit of the partnership and not to make a secret profit inform the default code provision which states that every partner must account
