73 Recording decisions

The partnership agreement should require a written record to be kept of any major decisions, or consents required for such decisions. Where the decision has been made at a partnership meeting, there should be no problem as it should already be recorded in the minutes of that meeting1. The same is true if the consent of a particular partner is required for a course of action, and that consent is given at a partnership meeting.
