71 Making decisions

71.1 Default provisions

The default code provides that two decisions relating to the partnership require the unanimous consent of all the existing partners. Those decisions are: introducing a new partner1 and changing the nature of the partnership business2. As usual, these rules are subject to contrary agreement, express or implied, between the partners3.
