He will then issue a certificate that the limited liability partnership is incorporated3. This certificate is conclusive evidence that the requirements of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000 as to registration have been complied with and that the limited liability partnership is incorporated by the name specified in the incorporation document4.
