If the proprietors of the new business have decided to opt for a limited liability partnership (LLP), they will have to follow the incorporation procedure set out in the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000. The procedure is based upon that for the incorporation of a limited liability company, albeit somewhat simplified.
