As mentioned above1, it is rarely going to be worthwhile to buy a ready-made company in preference to incorporating a new one since many law stationers will charge no more for the same-day incorporation of a new company than for supplying a ready-made company. Nonetheless, some clients may still wish to buy a ready-made company (for example where they wish to make immediate use of an operational bank account), so the following paragraphs set out what will be involved in the form of documentation and procedures.
