49.2 Statement of capital and initial shareholdings

Where the company to be registered is to have a share capital, the application to register must contain a statement of capital and initial shareholdings in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act 2006 section 101. To start with, the statement must contain certain information relating to the shares which are to be taken on formation by the subscribers to the memorandum of association, namely:

  1. 49.2.1

        the total number of those shares2;

  2. 49.2.2

        the aggregate nominal value of those shares3;

  3. 49.2.3

        for each class of shares to be taken on formation, prescribed
