215 Disclosure letter

As mentioned above1, the disclosure letter plays an important part in the buyer’s due diligence exercise. The letter however is also an important item of protection for the seller on the sale of a business, and the legal adviser should take as much care in drafting this document as he would if drafting the sale agreement itself2.
