157.2 Delivery in domestic contracts

The standard terms of a seller of goods should deal with all aspects of delivery, for example:

  1. 157.2.1

        how the goods are to be delivered, by the seller’s own staff, by an independent carrier or a courier, or otherwise1;

  2. 157.2.2

        where the goods are to be delivered;

  3. 157.2.3

        when the goods are to be delivered;

  4. 157.2.4

        which party is to bear the risk of transit for insurance purposes; and

  5. 157.2.5

        who is to pay for the delivery.
