148.2 Limited liability partnerships

The Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations 20091 apply and modify the Companies Act 2006 sections 82 and 832. As a result, the provisions of the Companies (Trading Disclosures) Regulations 20083 apply to limited liability partnerships (LLPs), albeit with some amendments, and a failure to comply may, as with a company, result in both criminal and civil consequences.
