146.3 Disclosure of other company information

In addition to the company name, the company must also disclose certain other prescribed particulars on its business letters, order forms and websites, that is1:

  1. 146.3.1

        the part of the United Kingdom in which the company is registered, and its registered number;

  2. 146.3.2

        the address of the company’s registered office;

  3. 146.3.3

        where a company is an ‘investment company’2, the fact that it is such a company; and

  4. 146.3.4

        in the case of a company exempt from using the word ‘limited’ as part of its name or a private community interest company, the fact that
