146.1 Introduction

In addition to providing information to the Registrar of Companies and keeping various registers and other documents available for inspection at its registered office or other notified place, a company must also make various disclosures in the course of its trading. These include1:

  1. 146.1.1

        publication of the company’s name at certain premises and on certain documents,

  2. 146.1.2

        disclosure of further particulars in business letters, order forms and websites,

  3. 146.1.3

        in certain circumstances, disclosure of directors’ names on the company’s business letters, and

  4. 146.1.4
