141.3 Security of tenure

One worry which might occur to the proprietors of a new business in relation to the leasing of business premises is how secure their position will be. For instance, is there any danger that they might lose the premises at a time when the business is just beginning to take off? The parties may consider that one way to increase the business’s security would be to enter into a very long lease, but although this should guarantee the continued possession of the premises during the term, provided that the tenant is not guilty of a breach
