127.4 Remedies for unfair prejudice

The Companies Act 2006 section 9961 provides that, where the court is satisfied that a petition for unfair prejudice is well-founded, it may make such order as it thinks fit for giving relief in respect of the matters complained of2. In particular, the court’s order may:

  1. 127.4.1

        regulate the conduct of the company’s affairs in the future;

  2. 127.4.2

        require the company to refrain from doing or continuing an act complained of, or to do an act that the petitioner has complained it has omitted to do;
