12 Churchyards of the Church in Wales

Most of the churchyards of the Church in Wales have become vested in the Representative Body of the Church in Wales, which is responsible for their maintenance to the exclusion of any liability under any other enactment1. This does not, however, preclude the making of contributions by local authorities2. Grants for churchyards have sometimes been made from Welsh Church Act Funds3.

Burials in churchyards in the province of Wales4 and vested in the Representative Body of the Church in Wales are subject to the rules
