82 Conditions for nomination for election

The rules of a building society may impose conditions as to nomination of candidates for election as directors of the society1. These conditions, however, may relate only to the minimum number of members who must join in the nomination2, their qualifications as regards length of membership of and investment in or indebtedness to the society3, and the depositing of money with the society in connection with the candidature4.
