78 Entitlement to vote in elections

In an election of directors, every member of the building society who would be entitled to vote on an ordinary resolution on the voting date1 is entitled to vote2. Where there are more candidates than vacancies to be filled, every member so entitled to vote has one vote for each vacancy, but cannot be required to cast all or any of their votes3.
