24 Registration of alteration

Where a building society alters its memorandum or rules1it must send to the central office2 three copies of a record3 of the alteration signed by the society’s secretary, and a statutory declaration by the secretary that the alteration was effected by a resolution passed as a special resolution and that the record is a true record of the resolution4.
