175 Notice of termination of dissolution

Once a building society has been dissolved, the trustees1 must, within 28 days from the termination of the dissolution, give notice to the Financial Services Authority (FSA)2 of the fact and the date of the termination3, and must enclose an account and balance sheet signed and certified by them as correct4. The account and balance sheet must show the assets and liabilities of the society at the commencement of the dissolution, and how those assets and liabilities have been applied and discharged5.
