169 Powers of inspectors and duties of officers and agents

When inspectors have been appointed1 to investigate or consider the affairs of a building society and any connected undertaking2, it is the duty of all officers and agents3 of the body under investigation:

  1. 169.1

        to produce to the inspectors all documents and material of or relating to the body under investigation which are in their custody or power4,

  2. 169.2

        to attend before the inspectors when required to do so5, and

  3. 169.3

        otherwise to give the inspectors all assistance in connection with the investigation which they are reasonably able to give6.
