161 Arbitration

Certain disputes between a building society and a member, or a representative of a member, of the society or between a building society and a depositor with the society should be referred to arbitration, or are treated as being referred to arbitration, in certain circumstances1. If the rules of a society so provide, any dispute in respect of a refusal by the society to send to its members copies of an election address or revised election address2 furnished by a candidate for election as a director of the society, or documents3 relating to the matters to be dealt
