159 Notice of court proceedings to Financial Services Authority

Any person who institutes High Court proceedings in relation to a dispute1 must give notice of the fact and the matter in dispute to the Financial Services Authority2. The court must not hear the dispute until it is satisfied that such notice has been given3. The Financial Services Authority is entitled, with the leave of the court, to attend and to be heard at any hearing of the dispute4.
