143 Application of time limits, record keeping, reporting and cooperation requirements

A building society does not need to comply with the time limits, record keeping, reporting and cooperation requirements contained in Dispute Resolution the Complaints Sourcebook1:

  1. 143.1

        where it has taken reasonable steps to determine and has determined that the complaint is not made by, or on behalf of, an eligible complainant2, does not relate to an activity of the society which comes under the jurisdiction of the Financial Ombudsman Service3, or does not involve an allegation that the complainant has suffered, or may
