142.2 Reporting

A building society must provide the Financial Services Authority (FSA), twice a year, with a report containing (for the relevant reporting period1) information about the total number of complaints2:

  1. 142.2.1

        received by the society, broken down according to the categories3 and in respect of the product types4 which are relevant to the society;

  2. 142.2.2

        closed5 by the society within four weeks or less of receipt, within four to eight weeks of receipt, and more than eight weeks after receipt; and

  3. 142.2.3

        outstanding at the end of the reporting period6.
