122 Application for confirmation

Where application is made to the Financial Services Authority (FSA) for confirmation of an amalgamation or transfer of engagements or of a transfer of business to a company the FSA must, subject to certain statutory provisions, confirm the amalgamation or transfer1. The application must be made in such manner as the FSA may direct2.
