30 Sale of dwellings

The threefold warranty described above is also implied into contracts to build and sell a dwelling, or to complete and sell a dwelling that is in the course of construction1. The implied terms, which apply to any work done before the making of the contract as well as to that which is done subsequently2, have no application to the sale or lease of an already completed dwelling3.
